My order took over a month to get to me. When I found out I got the size 12 instead of 10 I knew it would take another month to get the right size, so I just kept the order. The duster I got fit terribly. It was so poorly made I was swimming in it from the shoulders down. I’m 5’11” and have VERY long arms. But this was made for someone that has shoulders as broad as Hulk Hogan not a tall female. Just because I’m tall doesn’t mean I’m built like a steroid injected body builder. I’ll stick to American made from now on. What an expensive disappointment.

Absolutely terrible process to make a return if you don't live in the UK. They use a 3rd party vendor to ship to the US and they have no problems ripping you off. Long Tall Sally offers a free return label for exchanges on their website but that is absolutely untrue if you live in the US. This didn't use to be an issue. I've ordered in the past and have been able to exchange for the right size with no issues. Not anymore. Their customer support is a joke. They don't even read your entire email. They read the header and respond with a canned response. Regardless of how much info you give them they continue to ask for the same stuff over and over. Even though its already on the email!!! I emailed over and over and not once did I get the actual help I was asking for. A freaking return label for an exchange!!!! Here's the kicker..I finally figured out I had to reach out to the shipper of my clothes. GLOBAL-E. Sure I could send my items back for an exchange. I just had to pay the shipping myself. $199.00 Dollars, for 2 items. WTH? Really? So disgusted and disappointed with this whole mess. Best advice DO NOT buy from LTS unless you are absolutely sure of your size or you live in the UK. So sad too because they have some decent clothes for us tall women.

Have been very pleased with everything I have ordered and a very quick refund when I had to return an item. So glad that Long Tall Sally is continuing. Rating excellent. Derick Blackaby (on behalf of my wife )

Don't know what has happened to LTS but my last order of lounge wear was very poor quality one leg longer than the other and a twisted waistband on the trousers terrible wash quality may as well gone tobyhe market . Awful used to buy all if my clothes from LTS for the quality - not anymore

The phone service and internet is very good. Delivery tracking so easy. With the change in LTS I was concerned the cotton would have lower quality and am very pleased with my t-shirts. Stylish but looser easy to put on in washable natural materials or blends for older women like me where tight clothing is not comfortable. Also some brighter colors. I am so grateful you are still in business.

Really poor quality jeans for the price and continued to charge even after products returned. Still waiting three weeks for a refund.

Since AK Holdings/Yours Clothing have taken over LTS, everything has gone downhill!
I was a regular LTS shopper, online & attended every pop-up shop in Ireland. Yes their clothes were pricey but quality is worth paying for. But alas, all good things come to an end.
After placing an order & mistakingly adding an item I didn't want, I messaged straight away explaining my mistake & giving details of how I wished for it to be amended. I received no reply, even the next morning... nothing. Multiple attempts to contact them before my order was dispatched, I'd heard nothing back. I then received an email to say was order was on the way, I was infuriated as there was only one option to contact them on their site which they clearly ignored. Eventually I messaged them through Twitter & was told unfortunately there was nothing they could do. Unacceptable & unprofessional customer service. STAY WELL AWAY!


It has been weeks since payment and have not received anything?

I love all the items I've received so far! I was slightly confused that my packages weren't shipped together, but if I had received a notification that the item needed to come from a different facility, it would have saved me some worry.
